Leader of The Hollows he is the man behind the desk. Barely human, he has the ability to connect with the Time Stream and knows just where to send his Rifters to change the course of history to his favor. Able to communicate only through an old arrivals/departures board, he has to spell out every instruction. Beyond the human emotions he doesn’t crave revenge against Tesla, but he seeks only to stop the future Tesla is trying to create.
