Prince Varian is the son of Queen Donnatta and the ruler of World Tellan.
Prince Varian has the magical ability to conjure small globes of light, as well as the ability to entrance people and animals, and in some cases can see through the eyes of the beings he enchants and nudge them toward certain actions.
